Surface Mount Technology
In addition to improved vision capability, the DRc vision system gives the unique capability of checking for solder paste presence on the stencil before printing. The vision system aligns the PCB with the stencil using fiducial marks and/or PCB/Stencil features.
Exceptional repeatability and print accuracy stem from meticulous alignment. Speedprint’s patented Dual Roving camera (DRc) technology precisely aligns the board and stencil, and checks for solder paste presence on the stencil before printing.
BGM has a two Europlacer IINEO 2 Pick-and-Place machines used for high volume manufacturing of surface mount circuit boards. This machine allows us to automatically place over 35,000 parts per hour. Top side and bottom side cameras ensure every component is placed perfectly!
This machine is equipped with turret heads, intelligent feeders and incorporates optical sensors that can detect, on the fly, the presence of SMT components as small as 01005 and as large as 50 x 50mm.
The reflow ovens safely heats assembled surface munt boards to melt solder paste and provide an excellent finished product. These machines allows us to program specific temperatures for each zone
Inspection Systems
The TR7500QE AOI offers high performance 3D solder and assembly inspection by combining the next generation multi-angle 2D and 3D technologies based on 4-way adaptive digital fringe pattern projection and 4 side view cameras. Latest inspection software ensures quick CAD-based programming and features fully customizable templates
The RTX-113 is designed for heavy production environments where X-ray is used to inspect PCBs and assembled PCBs containing advanced components such as BGAs, uBGAs and Flip Chips. The system is very versatile and features an X-ray camera technology that generates high-resolution, high-sensitivity images, revealing defects as small as 0.001 inch with a full one inch diameter field of view.
The LM Series High-Accuracy Instant Measurement System is an automated inspection system that can perform measurements to +/- 0.7 μm accuracy and +/- 0.1 μm repeatability at the push of a button. The unit has built-in edge detection with automatic focus and lighting. It also automatically records measurement data and creates detailed inspection reports.

The Soldering Robots are a fully automated system that performs a designated task, set by a custom program, with the utmost precision and repeatability by eliminating the inconsistencies of hand-assembly. Each joint may have its own soldering profile
Conformal coatings can be used in a wide range of environments to protect printed circuit boards from moisture, salt spray, chemicals and temperature extremes in order to prevent such things as corrosion, mould growth and electrical failures. The application of a protective film or layer of liquid onto a PCB, either in selected areas or over the entire assembly.
The super E has a Versatile Ratio Adjustment System which allows for simple accurate ratio adjustment, also it has an electronic shot size controller for precise material dispensing. The conical reservoirs allow for more efficent use of material. These features allow this machine to be a versitale and efficent machine to satisfy all your electronics potting needs.
